We ask the US Department of Education to stop believing that "Michigan has been a leader in providing children with the foundation they need to succeed, and President Obama has proposed to build on Michigan’s success by partnering with states to expand access to high-quality early learning opportunities to more American children, especially those from disadvantaged communities." All of this is a joke!!! The so called reforms have only made it that classes are over crowded, teachers have lost more then 20 percent of pay and benefits over the past 2 years and education policy is being dictated to teachers, parents, and students. This is not reform, its policy by dictate! The Dictate of Governor Snyder!
