There are many American companies utilizing the H1B foreign skilled worker program to import workers at lower wages than Americans doing these same jobs.
These companies have accomplished making it look as though they are paying these workers the same "prevailing" wage as Americans, but they are not.
And the Federal Employment Department is not provided the resources to successfully enforce / monitor the abuse of the H1B laws.
Our Senators and President are accepting the "special interest" contributions to continually increase the H1B quotas allowing more and more of these skilled foreign workers into America, displacing Americans from these lucrative jobs.
The H1B program was initiated in order to facilitate the use of Werner Von Braun and associates from Germany at the end of WWII.
