Stop the suspension of African American students from our public schools.

America was founded on equality. All children in all schools should have an equal opportunity to learn. African American and Latino children are not being provided the right to learn if the expulsion rates continue to increase.State and local government officials should have a common agenda and laws to handle discplinary problems. Our children are not criminals, they are our future.
