Defunding DeCa not only takes a toll on the military families, but also it's workers. As an army wife I have stocked at a commissary. I was paid 25 cents a box to stock. That's 25 cents to stock 6 gallons of water that I had to load up in the warehouse and roll out to the isle, open and put up. My boss is paid about 35 cents a case. How much will he get paid now that money is being taken away. That is only one example.
