Stop taking taxes out of peoples checks that make under $40,000 per year.

It is clear that in the current economy with cost of living that anyone making under $40,000 US Dollars per year is going to greatly struggle to get out and stay out of financial crisis and taxing those who make $40,000 US Dollars and under per year is going to make it even harder to live as the cost of living goes up, i.e. rent, and or mortgages or house payments. The Current poverty rate and those who are homeless due to the increase in cost of living is unacceptable and can no longer be tolerated or accepted as a "Oh Well it's Life" way of thinking, so please have the Humanity, courage and decency to stop taking taxes out of American workers that make $40,000 and Under Per year. Prove to the working class that the Government can be trusted and respected once again by the People.
