Stop Targeting Legally Operating Medical Marijuana Facilities. Inform State U.S. Attorneys to Prove it in Court First!

Please end the needless and discriminatory persecution of legally operating Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in California and any other state that has voted to legalize medical use. Inform U.S. Attorneys in all states that if they feel there is wrongdoing or illegal activity to "PROVE IT IN COURT FIRST" before shutting down needed and beneficial dispensaries. Statements like this from Melinda Haag of California "The larger the operation, the greater the likelihood that there will be abuse of the state's medical marijuana laws..." show that there has clearly been no PROVEN illegal activity. Only the size of the patient base is being used to imply guilt and remove a needed public service.
Don't allow your U.S. Attorneys to unilaterally dictate guilt and innocence.
