The US House has put a bill "HR 4321" sponsored by Reps. Gerlach (R-PA-06) and Blumenauer (D-OR-03) which would increase the Diesel Tax from 24.3 cents to 30.7 cents, thereby increasing the burden on all those who have diesel-fueled vehicles. In this time of High Fuel Prices and Economic Uncertainty, we do not want to endanger the recovery of those who use Diesel Fuel in their Transfer Trucks, Work Trucks, and Passenger Vehicles.
We the Undersigned thus urge President Obama to veto any increase whether this bill stands alone or as an attachment to some other bill(s).
