stop the tax penalty on those who do not sign up for insurance

Created by H.L. on September 19, 2014

It is unfair and unconstitutional to for people to sign up for health insurance. For some of us it is a financial choice we make for our budget in our family and choose to, based on our healthcare needs, not to needlessly spend money on something we do not need that will be financially draining us. What sense does it make for my family, whom maybe has 2 sick appointments and annual physicals a year to pay a health insurance premium, then have to pay a deductible before the insurance I am forced to have will even cover anything? and if I do not then the goverment is going to penalize me? Since when am I no longer allowed to make financial decisions for my family? I will spending more money on insurance then I do annually for physicals and illness.
