Native american Gambling halls have tens of billions ($27 billion in 2011) in tax exempt revenue (http://www.nigc.gov/Portals/0/NIGC%20Uploads/Tribal%20Data/GamingRevenue...). Most of these tribes are no longer hunter gatherers hunting the land in order to survive but are rellying on government services like the rest of us. Property taxes, automobile licensing, and sales taxes for things on their land go to their tribes taking more revenue from states and local government. What makes a "Native American" more native and entitled than the rest of the country that doesn't have these tax shelters?
