They ruled it was a violation of our rights so the Obama administration being the sneaky conniving people they are instead made the tax to cover anyone who is uninsured will pay a penalty. Penalty on those who use the health care services that are uninsured or insured who fail to pay there bills should be taxed but those who choose not to be insured should not have to be penalized for there very right to do as they please.
