Stop taxing pension and retirement income when withdrawn from pension and savings accounts when you reach 65 yrs.

Created by C.M. on September 22, 2012

I'm 72 and retired.I had three hundred thousand dollars in my pension and retirement account and had an emergency and had to take out one hundred fifty thousand dollars but instead I had to takeout two hundred thousand because I had to pay 20percent tax which came to 40 thousand dollars and then when we filed our 2011 taxes we had to pay an additional thirteen thousand because IRS said our income in 2011 fell into the 35percent bracket for 2011 the year of the withdrawl. We had to set up a payment plan with IRS because my husband is a disabled vet and gets disability income and I'm on social security.
