stop taxing social security benefits in all states let's get revenues from the rich but leave the old and sick alone,

I personally think it is disgusting for social security recipients to have to pay taxes on the benefits that they have worked all their lives to receive. In the winter of their lives they should not be taxed in all states or isn't this a federal program so why tax thiese benefits in some states instead of all states, this is pitiful
