By expounding on and teaching the "theory" of evolution, public education is teaching there is no God nullifying all religious beliefs that have a creator. Evolution teaches atheism and atheism respects an establishment against religion that hinders the free exercise of the First Amendment of the United States of America. School educators should not have the right to teach students whether God exists or not especially considering it's just a "theory" of some experts. Creationism is also a "theory" treasured as a truth by many people and experts (Isaac Newton - Newtons law). Students in America must have the freedom to choose being taught the evolution "theory" or not. Religious students in America are not being treated with equality with the current teaching of evolution in schools.
