Make the Adult Education Program affordable by allowing adult students a payment arrangement which does not include dismissal from the program for 'Late payment'.
Technical high school LPN program designed for adult learners not showing positive out-come to benefit the adult student. Dismissal and threats should not a part of the school's curriculum.
