Stop the termination of Federal Unemployment Benefits for California, especially those who were laid off during 2012,

Created by R.H. on November 07, 2012

Reverse your decision to stop Federal Unemployment Benefits to California. You are discriminating against those who were laid off during 2012 and approved for tier 1, 2 3 or 4 of Federal ED Benefits which are scheduled to terminate December 31, 2012. The labor market in California is no better than it was when you granted Federal Unemployment Benefits three years ago, the percentage of unemployed Californians is lower due to the unemployed who have exhausted all benefits. This decision is hurting all who continue to lose employment due to economic down turn in California.
