To stop terrorism which will provoke small underdeveloped countries (may be forcefully) to unite and create terror. Children as they will be under/ uneducated, they will follow the policy explained by the forces. The earn to get the fortune they will follow wrong path. Armors will be misused. Dictatorship will be initiated. To stop this all things best corrective action needs to be taken and this action will help countries to develop its nation peacefully
