I purpose that all drug and product testing should be stopped on all animals. Instead have death row inmates sign a contract that allows for them to do one last good deed before their sentence is carried out.
As an incentive for doing testing that may help mankind maybe change their sentence to life in prison without parole if they volunteer to be the test subject for cancer or aids type research.
Right now, millions of mice, rats, rabbits, primates, cats, dogs, and other animals are locked inside cold, barren cages in laboratories across the country. They languish in pain, ache with loneliness, and long to roam free and use their minds. Instead, all they can do is sit and wait in fear of the next terrifying and painful procedure that will be performed on them.
