Stop threatening Military pay and start with administration and congressional pay first

In response to the Defense Sectaries plan to cut Military salaries, I propose that the pay of the Obama administration and those of Congress get cut by a total of 2%. Many times the Military pay has been brought up for cut due to budget problems, However never has the pay of the Administration nor that of congress been brought into the light for cuts. I as a retired member of the military think it is about time that this be the route we take.
