Stop torturing America with heinous family law

simply said a women can sue the father of her child ,regardless ofweather he is taking care of that child, force the father to pay a fee associated with the care of that child, and if the fee isn't paid then
that loving caring father who actually takes care of the child can be thrown in jail. that's not the America i want to stand for. what about the welfare of that child? is taking care of a child all about a monthly fee?if so then both should pay. then what about visitation , whatst hat? in other words a mother generally can simply just say she is having problem with the father an courts will issue visitation privileges where the father can only see there children based on a contract, based solely on allegation, or simply whatever she says. further creating
