The Trans-Pacific Partnership is a very bad trade deal between the US and some Pacific Rim countries that, if signed, would take away our rights as human citizens. Basically, it gives global corporations the same status as sovereign states, and they have the power to sue whole governments if they have laws or regulations that they think will negatively effect their profit. The TPP will make medicine prices unaffordable for the majority of people, and it will cause air and water pollution and ruin the planet. Think about our future generations. What will we leave our kids? A dystopian wasteland like in the movies? Most people protesting the TPP will tell their grandchildren stories of how Earth used to be a beautiful place instead of some wasteland. Please sign this petition.
