Trademark trolls damage businesses everyday. They file for a trademark knowing they have no technology to support their claim. But because they hold the trademark they make a living doing lawsuits only providing no value to the public or commerce. They are increasing nature because the govenment is doing nothing to stop this new breed of criminals. They force companies to pay extortion fees to stay out of court.
