The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) being labeled as a deal that "puts our workers, businesses, and values first" is a farce designed to do nothing but simply give law enforcement powers to big business and the super rich in not only the US, but in other nations as well, and allows corporations skirt around things like copyright law, weaken environmental protections, lock pharmaceuticals behind higher prices for longer, give companies their own "courts", remove internet content even if it's fair use, and even lock things such as jailbreaking hardware.
The TPP is a good deal for big business and is anything but for the average American and for the citizens of any nation that's signing this "deal", and it needs to be stopped, plain and simple.
