Immediately stop the transfer of military equipment and non-humanitarian aid to Egypt until such time as a nonpartisan committee evaluates the current political situation in Egypt and prepares for Congress a report outlining recommendations as to the National Interests of the United States regarding future support of Egypt under the current administration and political system.
No further aid shall be granted unless reapproved and funds reappropriated by Congress.
