Stop travel/flights from countries with an Ebola outbreak. Do not allow anyone into the U.S. who has been in one of those countries in the past 21 days (or for the longest incubation time). If someone wants to enter the U.S. who has been in one of those countries, they must be placed in quarantine until the incubation time is up and we are assured they do not carry Ebola.
