stop treating federal employees and politicians better than the average citizen.

The fact that federal employees and politicians are paid much higher than the average working citizen and are afforded benefits far better than working citizens is a crime. They are paid to manage a health care system that they have no vested interest in. They are paid to manage a social security system that they have no vested interet in. Make them part of these systems and lets see how fast these programs get turned around. The pay scales and retirements for these individuals is absolutely criminal. There needs to be pay, benefit and retirement reform for gov't employees. They are creating an elitelist class that rules the country. This has to stop.
