Please don't continue to treat higher earner Americans as villains and keep raising their taxes. When is 45 percent enough? Some pay that rate with state and Medicare. Find ways to cut the spending first. People earning over 250k are not wealthy Americans especially with the burden of tax rates that we currently pay.
