We need to stop the investment of another trillion dollars into our nuclear arsenal and reinvest that money into the more immediate needs of the American people. It will only renew the nuclear arms race and there are so many better uses for that money.

He warns that if the plan becomes real, disputes among nations will be “more likely to erupt in nuclear conflict than during the Cold War.”
