Stop a truck compony being built in a creek so the kids don't get hurt going around the block, there are no sidewalks

There is a truck company being built around are block. We have kids in this block and there are no sidewalks. We are afraid that with the trucks, they might hit the kids or anyone. The kids won't be able to go around the block with this here. There is a little girl living right across where this is going to be built. If she goes in the street to get a ball or something, a truck driver might not see her. Also we won't be able to walk are dogs.
