After passing the California State Bar Exam on his first attempt, Sergio C. Garcia, the son of a U.S. citizen, who has been waiting on an APPROVED green card application for 19 years was kept from his American Dream of being an attorney strictly due to his current lack of status.
Mr. Garcia has patiently waited to make his American dream a reality. On September 4th The California Supreme Court will decide his fate. Therefore, we respectfully petition the Obama Administration and the U.S Department of Justice to no longer stand in the way of Mr. Garcia's American Dream!
