The 2nd Amendment clearly states "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." The phrase "shall not be infringed" means that it cannot be limited, taxed, or regulated. We the people have the right to bear arms whether it's a sidearm, rifle, or an assault rifle. Do not attempt to take our guns like the British did in 1775, do not attempt to take our guns like Santa Anna did in Gonzales, Texas that lead to the Texas Revolution in 1835. We the people of the United States shall not and will not give up our guns. I kindly ask you to reconsider your decision and stop what you are doing. You claim that you are not trying to take away our guns, I and millions of others disagree.
