Why are you attempting to take away the rights of the american people? I own many guns and I have never shot or killed anybody. It's not the guns that are killing people, it's the person behind the gun. There should be classes that would be taken in school to understand what they can do and how to use a firearm properly.
And also the government needs to be doing not only criminal background checks but mental as well. It takes a sick person to kill innocent people.
