The U.S. Transportation Security Administration should not be allowed to let people carry small pocket knives, golf clubs, hockey sticks, or pool cues onto airplanes.
The U.S. and TSA should not risk the safety of passengers or the flight crew.
The TSA should maintain its commitment to counter-terrorism by preventing these changes that are set to take effect April 25th.
These newly-authorized items can be used injuriously in the hands of those with the wrong intentions.
It is not a smart decision to reinstate the sanctioning of possible weapons. We should not be "encouraging" or instigating violence or potential terrorism. We should permanently learn from our mistakes. The length of time since 9/11 should not make any difference. We must honor those who died by stopping this new policy.
