The TSA currently forces you EVERY traveler who wishes to take a flight to submit to either an invasive scan via millimeter wave technology or to submit to a separate invasive pat down. The 4th amendment clearly states that no searches should be conducted without cause to believe that someone has committed a crime, unless they have a signed warrant.
Searching every citizen is clearly unconstitutional and needs to be stopped.
