Stop the tyranny and unconstitutionalness of an Indiana school.

Created by J.M. on January 13, 2015

Students at Leo Jr. Sr. High school are getting in deep trouble and they didnt break any rules. 5 students got in trouble for "miss use of the iPad " and"impersonation " for creating showbie accounts. Showbie is an app for iPads that is used for an online classroom. Anyone can make a teachers account with an email and name. Showbie stated in an email saying that minors can make teacher accounts, but they'd need to make a class. Multiple students have made accounts, but only 5 got in trouble. There is no rule against making these accounts (see EACS technology guide). One student decided to make a petition to stop it. After 50+ people signing it, it got taken away and the student got in trouble, violating his first amendment rights (see Tinker v Des Moines).
