Stop, the U. S. Department of Education from reactivating Student Loan's (medical) after a discharge has been granted.

I am petitioning the President, to put an end to the U. S. Department of Education (and their servicer's) from reactivating, reselling and repurchasing previously discharged "student loan's" (granted for medical reason's)
for the qualified disabled. I am requesting, that deceptive
trade practice law's and consumer harassment (i.e. illegal and negative credit reporting by these education servicer's be properly regulated.
