Stop the unconstitutional 1986 Bradley Amendment which makes retroactive child support modification illegal.

I lost my well paying job 4 years ago and went from making $65,000 per year to under $10,000 per year for the last 4. I have sent child support payments when I could(not the original $750 per month) that was never recorded and the big problem now is I owe $38,000 based on income I NEVER EARNED......I did not know retroactive modification was illegal; it's not in many other parts of the law. Now I am buried under a debt I will never be able to escape, which by the way, also accrues interest......To top it all off, I recently signed over my rights (of the child) and have no leverage to the only person who can legally relieve the debt, the mother, and which of course, she won't do that. This is only one example of many thousands out there. Do a few Google searches on the Bradley Amendment
