President Obama has seized from the American people, actively and ever afraid of another terror attack, their security in that they should never be indefinitely detained or assassinated by the United States government, in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution: "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury...be confronted with the witnesses against him...to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
Obama may either revoke the 'rights' he has used as President to assassinate American citizens (and that of indefinite detention which he has not yet used) or resign in favor of his VP Joe Biden, for having failed to uphold the Constitution.
