It has been reported to Congress that The Natural Resources Conservation Service has sent 10.6million dollars to farmers who have been dead for more than a year. Risk Management Agency, for Crop Insurance paid 22million dollars to policy holders who have been dead for two years. Both above noted to be allocated due to error in payments.
