The US drone war is traumatizing families and killing innocent civilians including children in the Middle East. This is not only immoral but unlawful.
Drone strikes have been authorized in countries including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia. It is estimated that the CIA and the US military have killed over 2500 people with over 300 drone strikes. More than half of these lives have been those of civilians, with any male 16 and up being automatically and wrongly assumed "militants".
This is not the way the people of the US should be represented. We are not a nation of cold blooded killers and should stand up against the most lethal acts of violence in US history.
