I'm a legitimate business owner looking for a website! I've searched some domains that are close to my business name, abbreviations, etc. I found a domain that's short and very close abbreviation to my business name that I can use to make it easier for advertising, putting on my license plate, etc. However, GoDaddy is holding this domain hostage with a $9,500.00 asking price! This leaves legitimate business owners like me with no Internet / Online avenue to conduct my business! Now I have no way to help the US economy with providing my products and generating commerce! I know Forbes wrote an article on this so these companies are affecting millions of people throughout not just the US, but the entire world! This has to be a violation of some type of business ethics code!
