Article 1 section 9 of the constitution states no Capitation, or other direct Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census of Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.” It goes in to say " no tax or duty shall be laid upon any articles exported from any state." We the people are being unfairly taxed and something needs to be done about it.
