Stop the unnecessary fluoridation of all water supplies in the United States.

Created by A.I. on September 08, 2014

Studies showing that low levels of fluoride have been linked to a number of negative health effects like bone fractures, thyroid disorders and impaired brain development and function. Fluoride is added to 70 percent of U.S. public drinking water supplies to aid in the prevention of cavities. Fluoride is beneficial when applied topically to the teeth, there is no need to over ingest it as so many Americans do and suffer from the negative side affects. Harvard scientists found that fluoride might well lower people's IQ. After carrying out a review of fluoride/brain studies, the researchers said "Our results support the possibility of adverse effects of fluoride exposures on children's neurodevelopment." Their study was published in the July 2012 edition of Environmental Health Perspectives.
