Telemarketers routinely use Robocalls and other automatic dialing service to access every phone (landline and mobile) in the country. Although there is a Do Not Call registry with the FCC it appears that the government is unwilling or unable to stop the calls from happening.
This petitions asks that three questions be answered:
1. What is the government doing to enforce the national Do Not Call registry?
2. Why is the FCC seeming unable to enforce the national Do No Call registry?
3. What will be done to enable the FCC or some other agency to stop the unwanted calls in the future?
