Stop unwarranted government surveillance by reviving the Fourth Amendment and restructuring The USA PATRIOT Act.

Created by C.S. on June 11, 2013

The United States Government's National Security Agency has been intercepting digital information from the American People, under the USA PATRIOT Act, in hopes of preventing terrorist attacks. The type of information that can and has been gathered is infringing on our rights as American citizens as stated in the Fourth Amendment in The United States Constitution. Such blatant disregard of personal privacy and constitutional rights is unacceptable, people should not be afraid of their government, governments should be afraid of their people. It is through the people that real change comes about not through policy makers, make a change, stand up for your rights as an American citizen and have your rights returned to you.
