It is interconnected all over the world using covert, sophisticated & latest technologies to torture people promoting WORLD PEACE & carried on in such a way that it is impossible to detect by people around the victim to notice it because they used chemical injection in the guise of something else or drop of substance in drinks of people that will serve as ID of the victim when using telephone, computer, etc..They have access to all and every telecommunications companies, drones, satellites, airplanes, etc. and can use them freely when, wherever they want.
