Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni signed a radical anti-gay law that convicted offenders can be sentenced for 14 years for first time offenders and up to life in prison for repeated offenses describer as "aggravated homosexuality".
The President should stop all U.S. foreign aid to Uganda in its entirety until the law is fully repealed.
