Stop the US Forest Service and BLM from closing roads leading to, or on Public Land .

The USFS and BLM have Blocked access to many areas of public land by placing locked gates across roads and denying access to land that belongs to the people. Also , these two agencies fail to maintain back roads on purpose and then use the excuse it costs to much so they can easily close these roads without protest from the public. I have even seen , In The Best Interest Of Public Safety, used as an excuse. Their job is to maintain the land for the public to use, what ever that may be.
