stop the U.S. military from discriminating against persons based on age and disability

Created by M.M. on November 13, 2012

Currently our military is not forced to adhere to laws that protect Americans from discrimination based on age disabilities.

We the people ask that our military hold true to the standards of our constitution that they have taken oaths to protect. Provisions that are to protect the disabled and people of a certain age are blatantly ignored during the recruitment process.

There are reasonable accommodations that can be made by our military to enlist these capable people into active service that will help them become valuable assets to our country.

This will also grant those who are capable more opportunities to promote independence and a deeper satisfaction in their quality of life.
