Allowing companies to privatize inspection and speed the processing of poultry will lead to unsafe food and working conditions, and will put public health at risk. Inadequate inspection of poultry, and speeding up production lines is totally unacceptable. We, the Undersigned, urge you to withdraw the plan for privatizing poultry inspection, and give the USDA the teeth they need to do their job based on what is healthy for consumers.
