The Tax Payer has already paid for firearms for DHS to use for its Agents. DHS performs repairs to personally own firearms at no cost to its agents. It uses Tax payer dollars for this. The Tax Payer should not be paying for repair to None US Government Property. No Tax Dollars should be used for personal benefit.
